Welcome to JWG Editor

My name is Julian Greenbank. I studied at Southampton Solent for 3 years in Film Production. I graduated with a 2:1 BA Degree.

I specialize mostly in editing, learning to use post production suites like Premiere Pro with an education in Final Cut Pro, Avid and Da Vinci. I also have a basic knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects.

In my time at university and in the industry, I learnt to improve upon my team working skills to a point where I could quite comfortably be given any job role in a Pre-Production role, Production role or Post-Production role and perform it well.

Since graduating in 2018, I have worked in many different sectors of media production, including working as a Production Assistant for the University of London, a Video Creator and Audio Editor for the Bylines Network and its podcast, and as an Edit Assistant for the GCN+ Film Department, where I worked on 23 feature length documentaries.

I’m looking to become a freelance editor in Bristol, hoping to get involved in as many projects as I can to really develop my skills in the art of video story-telling and make as many contacts as I can.
